However, the position you sleep in will also make you grow taller when you nap - the right way.

5 Tips When You Want To Grow in Your Sleep

1. Make sure that your mattress is firm but comfortable enough to give you a good night's rest.2. Do away with pillows if you can. This allows you to lie flat on your back. But if you feel uncomfortable just put a small pillow behind your neck for some support. You may also use one or two pillows under your knees. This balanced position lengthens and relaxes the muscles at your back.

3. When you're not going to use pillows and would rather sleep flat on your back be sure that you don't keep your legs straight as it may promote back spasms.

4. I know most of you love sleeping on your stomach. However, this arches your back and give unwanted stress to the lower back. But if you can't help it, don't forget to put a pillow under your waist and bend one knee toward the pillow so you can avoid your lower back from arching.

5. The second best sleeping position to help you grow taller is sleeping on your side with your hips and knees bent. I'm sure you those of you who sleep this way also want to put a pillow between your knees. That's a good thing because this prevents your back from twisting and also helps in the proper alignment of your spinal column.
